How store orders are made, shipped, and made right.
Every piece is printed after you order it. Because of that, an order can only be changed or cancelled before it goes into production. Email services@blackdagger.ai right away with your order number if you need a change.
- We ship to addresses in the United States.
- Shipping is $8.00 per order, and free on orders of $50 or more.
- Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
- We email your tracking number when your order ships.
Because each piece is made for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Check the size before you order.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email services@blackdagger.ai within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund you.
If a package is lost in transit, contact us once tracking stops updating and we'll work it out with you. Please reach out to us before disputing a charge with your card issuer.
